“An absolute gem! It was such a wonderful experience to stay on site after a big day of checking out Barkerville! It's a must do on your next trip here. Beautiful rooms, awesome bathrooms and the breakfast, best I have ever had! The owner is so sweet and kind. Really made our trip.”
“My wife and I stayed here overnight. We loved it. I do recommend booking early and getting Room 1. It is right beside the balcony, has a toilet, and shower. The couple that run it are very welcoming and put a lot of work into making your stay special. The breakfast they put on was great too. We had a fun evening sipping whiskey on the balcony as we watched the actors perform. Having a private washroom made the trip a lot more pleasant and refreshing as well. The walls are very thin. So if you don't want everyone else staying there hating you, leave your young kids at home haha.”

“Absolutely the most amazing little hotel. The type of place in this old western mining town that you would go and see, then say "I wish we could stay at this place" YOU CAN!! The owner Ria is an Absolutely wonderful gem. Her and her husband Joe really want you to have the best experience. You will absolutely love the quaint rooms and the continental breakfast has to be the most amazing and well thought out breakfast I have had! The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed chatting with other great guests on the balcony. Make sure you go across to the saloon and enjoy some good times there. Even better if you can play the piano and get the saloon involved in some songs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

Do yourself a favour and book into this place and enjoy the immersive experience of living in Barkerville and waking up to the smell fresh croissants!”
